Owner's manual for your data

A car manual explains every switch on the dash; this one explains the route taken by the data that reaches Travecar through this site or by email. In force since November 2026.

  1. Who answers for the data

    Owner of and responsible for that data, in the controller role, is Travecar Acessorios de Veiculos LTDA, CNPJ 56.067.424/0001-28, based at R. Henrique Dumont, 1671, Jd. Paulista, Ribeirão Preto, SP, 14090-200, Brazil. Questions for the shop's data protection officer go to contato@ordinarygoodmornings.com.

  2. What comes in

    This site has no sign-up, no basket and no form. The shop only receives what leaves your own outbox: how you sign off, the inbox you used, which car sits in your garage (maker, trim, model year), and any other line you decide to add.

  3. What it is for

    That data is used to answer your question, to check whether a part suits the car and, if you want, to set up a visit to the shop. The legal basis is the steps you asked for ahead of a possible contract and, where a tax or legal duty applies, meeting that duty, as provided by Law No. 13.709/2018, the Brazilian General Data Protection Law.

  4. Who else gets to see it

    No data is sold or rented out. It only passes through the host of these pages and the service that carries the shop's email, and it goes to public bodies only if a statute or a judge orders it.

  5. Technical traces of a visit

    On the hosting side, each visit leaves an automatic trail: the IP number it came from, the day and hour it arrived, and which browser was used. That trail stays in the provider's security logs. No advertising or profiling cookie is placed by this site.

  6. How long it is kept

    Messages stay in the shop's mailbox while the conversation is open and for as long as Brazilian tax or civil law requires. After that they are deleted, unless you ask for it sooner.

  7. How it is protected

    The site only opens over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and the mailbox password stays with whoever runs the counter. No safeguard is perfect; if an incident puts you at risk, the shop will tell you and notify the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

  8. Your requests about your own data

    Whoever the data belongs to (the data subject, in the law's words) is entitled to request, whenever they like:

    • a yes or no on whether the shop processes anything about you, and a copy of it;
    • correction of anything incomplete, wrong or out of date;
    • that anything unnecessary be anonymised, blocked or erased;
    • portability, a list of who it was shared with, and withdrawal of consent.

  9. Addresses of other sites

    When a page here points to a third-party site, such as the one serving the typefaces, that address follows the rules of whoever runs it, not the rules in this manual.

  10. Revisions to this manual

    Did a rule change? The new edition replaces this one on the same page, and the month of the swap shows just under the title.
